i also booked 1 as i see the facade the facilities and the security also the location. decided..front on the u one persiaran subang better and other reason to made me decide also as above so many posted by others...

but wondering is there any future upcoming launch will be coming in the area? glad to heard that ytd the price increased at least our price was better than tower A already.

a bit sad is why dont have 900sq ft coz i still thinking 650sq ft seems small... but the show rooms looks spacious -.-''' mayb bcoz of the layout and squarish?

just receive a sms...tower B 100% sold out...tower A with 8% rebate and DIBS limited period and units T&C...who going to check it out this weekend?

UOB have offered DIBS already but due to we can claim back from developer then rather take without dibs from banker to get better int rate lo...
