Remix is extreme density not alike their previous projects la, loft + crystal + scholar + not sure any hanky panky for their business suites?
scholar block alone i really dislike it, attracting students to the development, impian meridian is a good example of high yield but stagnant pricing, it's hard to remove the stigma. as well carpark issue lo.
