When I was there, there was still a 650sft with 2 bedrooms at level 22 opened up for sales. Before rebate is 460k and I was thinking for a bit there. Too bad ltv70% or else I would have entered doh.gif
I think the sales is good probably due to location, design and developer reputation. The current block is 9 units per floor, right? Too bad, it didn't show the entire floor layout plan. The brochure also did not show the floor plan for other unit types but only the SOHO unit.
But I seriously don't like the place where the showroom is located. The showroom is cramp and hot and the basement carpark sucks big time rclxub.gif

Compared to PL, I think almost the same but this walking should be "brighter" (with street lights @ night), safer (bigger roads, not narrow single lane bridge with no lights at night - u know what I mean) and more "luxury" since the LRT is near to Summit, not some low cost flats (u also know what I mean).. wink.gif
