700 psf now? Isn't Impian Meridian a better buy then? Sane developer, similar facilities. Impian Meridian is nearer to Damen and LRT /BRT. Quite well maintained too. At 550 psf better buy Impian Meridian if have the $$$ for downpayment and lawyer fees/stamp duty.
