Msurg at MOHE when i was in anaesthesia my MO was talkingbout doing masters as a private candidate in case he didnt get in via scholarship

Is it possible if say im working in overseas ...  But i do a msurg  in malaysia?  Means i wont be able to get in thru scholarship as it requires three years of skt 85% but i dont mind.  Ill get my mrcs and publish some research while im overseas.

Preferably mohe rather than kpj coz its more established.. And i wonder how kpj does their msurg?  As in..  Mos who dont work with kkm..  They gonna work in kpj as Mo?  But no such post there. Lol
