P/S: I'm not going to looking for those one man show company and sub everything to others contractor.

but nowdays bro the one man act as a coordinator so he;s acting on clients part..
i mean u cant be calling all the sub contractors and telling them wat u wan.. rite.. imagine all the trade tats involve..

this condo is 80% done. fully renovate from A-Z
Now waiting for TV backdrop glass, mirror and cabinet glass doors (3G)

1. Hacking wall in between store room & yard area into a kitchen.
( Sliding door into the kitchen ) (Tiling kitchen wall and floor)
2. Kitchen area change into dining area with marble top cabinet
3. Plaster ceiling with L-box , curtain box, installing kdk fan ( M&E all included)
4. Hacking floor tiles and tiling.
5. Installing mirror console unit with light box, TV back drop with floating cabinet
Floating table, floating cabinet, Cabinet, bathroom cabinet, kitchen, wardrobe
6. grille gate & windows for the whole apartment.
7. hacking, Tiling , shower screen design and installing water heater in bathroom
8. curtain and blinds
9. i c the facts that majority of the chinese client is not so likely to let the job to "one man show company" or so call maincon;

but for malay and india client, they are more likely for one person who can help them to handle all the renovation part, as long as the price you quote is reasonable, they will ask you to do so for them. But the important is you must do the nice job and you will not worry for your next customer, coz they are very happy to intro many customer to you ... this is what I experience ... biggrin.gif ..

IF you do have free time for the whole days, YES, you can coordinate all the work with subcon by yourself, and be sure you also know a bit of renovation knowledge ...

No problem in order to save money! Not all r Affordable to appoint ID/Maincon.
