can any malaysian QS who work in sg give me some opinion. My fren telling me that sg government didnt recognize the malaysian qs qualification so the malaysian QS having a low salary in sg. i am still planning to work in sg as i am going to graduate soon. but after hearing tis news making me feeling sad. can anyone provide me with more information about this ???
*
its a YES & NO answer to your question and what you have heard. i'm sure you can figure out why & what to expect (salary) for those who can only read technical drawings, spec, bq & had their professional admission accredited in Bahasa Malaysia to practise here. You tell me!!!

I feel sad also to have come accross some qs that are unable to prepare a bq in english rclxub.gif

QUOTE(Holyboyz @ Jun 5 2012, 11:04 AM)
I honestly would like to know, im a fresh grad just got back from Aus's been working for abit in a Malaysian Marketing team promoting a national tourism board.

Im thinking of seeking for future prospects in SG because i feel that although i might make just  enough get by in SG the long term live style might be better.

Where in MY i can save a little since i live with my parents. But with China man mentality i feel SG might be a mid point from a stronger money like OZ and being closer to home still..

thoughts? is it easy to get a decent job in SG or its better i work at it here first in MY.

Any other grads have the same thought?

Huh? EP pass rejected? left a month in the company?
mean the EP renewal kena rejected? but they also make the PR application policy strict, so they want to chase us bac ??
*
EP renewal kena rejected by MOM!!! likely to be kena 'sabo' by own Co HR, unless she kena caught doing part-time/2nd/moonlighting job

guys, i need advices, it'd be better if got any case alike. i intend to apply for PR. i am work permit holder, office type, have a malaysia local uni degree, with monthly salary over $3k. my company does not intend to upgrade my pass as the chance of success ould be very slim. so i wonder if i can apply for pr with work pass?
*
don't spoil your PR app record. you stand 0% chance approval. if me, i will change job/CO, re-apply for EP. a degree (MOM listed) plus salary 3K+ should not be a problem. then only consider PR, you just need 6-mth thereafter to apply.

i suspect your current HR either kena you kow-kow or they got it messed up in your previuos app.
