Anybody working in singapore is under contract of recruitment agency instead the company you working at? Eg: a job agent find your resume and help you to apply the job of their client. but the things is you have to sign at least 1 year contract with the recruitment agency.

Anyone can share if you encounter this similiar scenario. Any difference and disadvantages you guys experience before?

U experience this before ? I also feeling the same things and told the recruitment agency that i cannot accept. And i try to call the HR manager by telling her my concern on this contract bond she just explain that this is their company policy to control headcount. Even the hiring team manager call me to explain and told me many of their staff from oversea is also the same at the first year and telling me they really wish me to join them. That y i still open for their offer. And until today they also haven't finalize the salary package yet. cos i reject they initial offer they are still thinking how much for the salary package.

If i really reject them, dun know how long need to wait for another job offer. Really pening kepala. rclxub.gif rclxub.gif
