Yes. yesterday went woodlands to look for room.. all co-broke.. tenant need to pay half and another half pay landlord.
thx for the info about the renewal, i haven't seen the agreement..(actually i haven decided which room to take..)..
the rental range from sgd450 to sgd600 for common room in woodlands area... for the rooms that i viewed yesterday..i think the market rarte is about that.( at least for that area). smile.gif

i just found out today we need to return the expired reentry permit (REP) if you not going to renew the REP.. i was plan to work in sg "again" but found problem when EP application. need to surrender the expired REP next week.. blush.gif

my EP application status with remark " Pending inputs from vetting agencies. Expected outcome is 2 months from the Date of Application."..
