whats the procedure like if I change my employer? do i just inform MoM to issue a new work pass?

Added on June 11, 2012, 12:12 amand will my previous employer know which company i go to? will they be informed by the MoM that I have changed my employer? I decide not to tell them though, just resign stating due to personal reason.

That's a relief as long as my previous employer doesnt know where I go to
I dont want them to get upset on me leaving within my probationary period and think that i treat the work as a temp work until i find what i am looking for.
I seriously have never thought of leaving but there came a golden call from a big company which offers me a salary 1k more than my current one so...
I just couldnt resist....

Yes you can and there isnt any other requirement. U can open an OCBC account with your msian IC, that's what I did before I got my work pass.
