For CPF, you cannot take out until 55 or 65 for west Malaysian ?
I read that you can apply to take the $$$ out before the age but if you come back to SG to work, you will need to return all the $$$ with interest. Anyway I pity Singaporeans with their CPF with the minimum sum, etc. and cannot get hold of their $$$ when they retire.

IMHO, if you plan to stay long and buy property or for job security then applying for PR is a good move, but then again with 20% of your pay (max $1000  ~CPF ceiling of $5000*20%) locked up every month, it will be a strain on your cash flow. Lagi u kena $100 levy masuk casino

Maybe the 2nd layer of security was being implemented...that is ONLY allow the listed MAC address to connect to the wireless network..so even if u get the wireless key/password...you will still need to get the MAC address that's in that list

Sounds like you went for your first "open house" organised by the agents. That usually deteriorates into a bidding war. But you're right. You have to be quick. You need to be firm on your budget (ie. pay right to limit of your budget without having to think, think, think) and you need to target a location, not a flat. If you're going for HDB and mass market condos - know that no flat will be perfect for your family/circumstances, and you can always compromise/improve once you move in. So don't fuss over small stuff like room layout, wall colour, slightly small size of this room/that room etc.

My last 2 flats... I took it the moment I walked in the front door. The living room was bright, inviting and it felt comfortable to come home to (no hantu, damp, dark, lonely feeling etc). Location and budget was right,.. so other stuff can be managed.

for Malaysia fresh graduate in accounting field, Singapore company only offer very low salary..

our dear Washabushi spend around 4-5 months and around $1k SGD just to get his 2B bike license. not advisable to take the test in SG.
Its DIFFICULT and EXPENSIVE.
