@MonfereBlogspot

Are you a Toyota Salesman or fanboy? Why are you recommending Toyota on every thread? Even the ancient Yaris on another thread.

Aiyo, no need consider so much la Vios is designed for godly people, can tapao any other car in the world, all those Buggati/ Lamborghini/ Koeinsegg/ Pagani/ Ferrari also lose to Vios la.

Buy Vios, sure no need takut regret punya, no chance to regret.

Vios will tabao those luxury car that you mentioned, when it comes to FC tongue.gif laugh.gif

Vios is a good car but if me I rather go for Altis 1.6E than Vios 1.5G because C segment vehicles are always 1 class ahead of B segment vehicles smile.gif

So when people ask you what car you drive you can proudly say that you drive Altis (although it is the lowest spec) tongue.gif

About the Forte no harm trying because it comes with 5 years warranty but my house have 2 Kia and never a good experience having it tongue.gif

Elantra is out of the list definitely, Inspira might be a better substitute but it just doesn't suit my taste tongue.gif

Back to Toyota Vios, get J spec if you only want the manual transmission or mod it yourself. E spec is for budget conscious while G spec is for the luxury ones. Don't go beyond that by getting TRD or G limited unless you want OEM bodykits by UMW Toyota because you can always get Vios accessories cheaper outside and the varieties are more smile.gif

Preve.
Even Siti Nurhaliza is using.
My college itself have 2 of them already.

Inspira have 3 of them.

Vios only have 1 here.

But the most is still Myvi.

Overall Vios trumphs any other car.

Since TS have 100k budget, then might as well get the BEST among all the Vios variant!

The TRD spec is a pure bred sports car.. look at the performance, the lightweight rims, the highly tuned engine, the lightweight allu body, the aggressive bodykit. Its a total package.

Just too bad it's not turbocharged, otherwise it would be in the same category as the Evo X easily.

if im not mistaken it's RM95k for vios trd right?

why should you pay that much for a trd spec?enhance fuel consumption?

if i have that much to spend, i would rather go for inspira (not a proton fanboy but i believe it's worth the money)

but then again, since its just city driving, i would rather go for myvi, good resale value ( i guess), easy to parking?,

i got like another RM40k to save up, can use for deposit buying house some more. or just go for saga blm / flx for

more boot space. then again ya lar kan national car no image ler...cannot show off tongue.gif

just my opinion icon_rolleyes.gif

Prius C
CBU - Need i say more?

JDM - Japanese value safety of their people highly, stringent QC as well

Hybrid Battery - US giving 10 years warranty, taxis replaced them at 500k km(Prius), current rate at RM11k+(halved in 5 years?)

Gov free excise duty/import duty - Saga EV coming in 2-3 years minimum, do you think Gov will still let foreign hybrid/EV tax free when Potong wanna sell their junk EV at 70-80k minimum?

Safety features is Japan/US Spec wise - VSC,TC,7 airbags, bla bla bla....Conclusion:one of the safest car you can get here in Msia

You save 50% on your monthly expenditure for fuel alone, minimum. (normal driving getting 5L/100km easily). Installment became much lower if compared to other fuel gulping cars (Preve/Forte/etc)

Maintenance is low (just drop by Prius C thread and ask the owners, normal conventional maintenance only)

Cons IMO:
Backside (subjective), but the front is nice thumbup.gif (subjective as well)

Just thought i'd give my 2cents since i just bought a Prius after some research. blush.gif
up to you to decide now wink.gif

sharing: T&H will not go wrong. Value is there especially H. Good outlook that is important.
For conti, it is still way behind to catch up especially in MY.
Buy a car is like buying a house just that car is drop value, but it is the whole service, reliability, responsibility by the car manufacturer or service center, low maintenance cost and high resale value that count.. Buying a car already is loss but surely you also do not want to loss so much.

H -> Peace of mind.

No regrets getting it over other popular D-seg (Camry/Accord/Teana/etc)

No offense but if TS is looking for a hybrid, H's tech is still way behind T's. blush.gif
