if your willing to play at low with low resolution, then it should be okay.

800x600 mebbe will work

i used to play with my laptop with that exact same specs with yours, and play everything on low, with 1366x768 resolution. couldn't get good framerates, and expect huge lag spikes, especially in blastfxxk areas like metro or seine. but imma die hard fan, and if you are too, you should get it.

now switch to desktop, highly recommended to get a desktop for this game tho, it is beautiful.
