sorry to disturb a while, but i need the help on below....

- my brother is the principal line holder and i'm the subline one from digi
- main line is with contract (iphone 4s - 2 years contract, now still have about 1 & 1/2 year to go)
- sub-line is under family-package
- if i want to mnp to maxis only for my one (sub-line), can or not?
- if yes, would i incurred any charge? what are the procedures look like (e.g. must request by my bro, right?)
