- Receive proceeds of sale into either Battle.net balance or PayPal account.
- Must choose either Battle.net balance or PayPal for each auction listing.
- Cash inside the Battle.net balance cannot be transferred to PayPal.
- Must sign up SMS Protect authentication to “cash out” with PayPal.

still got cross region paypal transfer fees to be paid to paypal.

but cannot withdraw those monies out.
