For Equipment :
USD$1.00 Per item
15% Charge to withdraw the money to your Paypal

Example You Sold a bow for USD$5.00
You get = USD5 - USD1 = USD4
To withdraw to your paypal = USD4-15% = USD3.4

For Commodities (Gems, Craft, materials, dyes, recipe) :
15% Transaction fee of Final Selling Price
15% Charge to withdraw the money to your Paypal

Example You Sold a Gem for USD$5.00
You get = USD5-15% = USD4.25
To withdraw to your paypal = USD4.25-15% = USD3.6125

I dont explain the withdraw fee of Paypal to Your Malaysia Banks.

If I ever sell anything, I'll probably use straight from Paypal to put into Steam wallet and buy cheap games there. No use transferring to our banks and further cut it.

You can't buy newer games for it. Heck you cannot even pay Wow subscription by using this(RMAH) method.

Basically, I know about it already, and I thought they changed their policy because of your post.

Assuming you sell for 100USD... From there it will deduct straight 15% which will be 15USD.

And the remaining 85USD, will be yours. On Paypal's side, however, will depend whether they charge for transferring to your bank account, or not. (This I think no charges... not so sure)

More detail info to help you understand:
Your SOLD Item in RMAH > Taxed > Cash received in your D3 Account
But you cannot use the Cash(except buy another d3 item)

You withdraw the Cash to > Your Papal
Blizzard Charge 15% Transaction Fee
(Even Cash reach your Paypal, the usage is quite limited)

Cash in Your Paypal > Some fees? > Your Malaysia Bank Account

u forgot one important detail


- Receive proceeds of sale into either Battle.net balance or PayPal account.
- Must choose either Battle.net balance or PayPal for each auction listing.
- Cash inside the Battle.net balance cannot be transferred to PayPal.
- Must sign up SMS Protect authentication to “cash out” with PayPal.

See the one I bolded. Is that 30% or is it 15%? You state TWO 15 per cent ; one is RMAH tax, one is transfer fee to Paypal. Isn't that technically, by what you list there, 30%?

Then the "MORE DETAIL" section.

You state : Item SOLD in RMAH > TAX (15%)

then, D3 CASH > PAYPAL = 15% transaction fee.

You still don't get what I'm trying to ask here?

Also, I want to ask, what grade weed are you smoking? I simply stated in the first post above that I want to use the money I earned from Diablo 3 to purchase game, why you DDLY quote me say don't understand maths + start explaining about the 15%?

then RM85 minus 15% = RM72.25
So total minus 27.75%

The 15% tax and charges, carry out SEPARATELY it use the charge 15% balance of [taxed] payment
