hi fellow razerguy , i guess ill start linger around here blush.gif

wanted to get some opinion.

im gettin the taipan probably , any opinion about that mouse?price vs performance ?
btw , im completely fingertip user , gv me a DA and i will screw up the whole game sweat.gif
i own a razer salmosa asia-pro gaming edition(exactly 3 years) and orochi(exactly 1.5years)

and the next thing , my next mousepad , i like softmat gving u a cushioning feel and friction but the bad thing is the cloth , it tend to get dusty and dirt , i sent it to dry wash a couple of times ady .(goliathus speed medium size 3 years old with a cigarette burnt holes doh.gif )

while hard surface , easy , i assume it will eat alot ur teflon surface , scratch alot ur mouse feet :/ , im still keeping out the razer sphex aged 1 years lol and it kinda too smooth(slippery) for me.

so all of the pros and con , looks like the hybrid mousepad should do the job for me .

megasoma? megasoma 2? hmm.gif hmm.gif so anyone own a megasoma here?

Most people are going for Steelseries Qck+/mass, one of the best mouse pads we have there.
*
jus take a quick peep at the qckmass , not bad , a very thick one , wub.gif

but still nid get a solution to get rid of dust/dirt problem tongue.gif

The dirt/dust can't be avoided under normal usage.
Clean it frequently with a duster after using will do.
*
guess no choice but to clean

QUOTE(Everdying @ Jul 12 2013, 10:46 PM)
fingertip, taipan is ok.
DA if u hybrid grip then can.

megasoma 2 blows megasoma 1 away.
but i prefer goliathus still, just  cos its bigger.
*
too bad megasoma 2 nt available yet plus is somewht thinner profile so no cushioning feel
,today jus went to lowyat and at the end i make my passed to buy megasoma , rm170 is a risk coz i did some review , its over- soft silicon so it might be jitter for some mouse , sigh i cant bet on this product , thats y got megasoma 2 they make improvement , thinner to prevent jitter is one of the reason i assume.

Have to live with it, no choice until some new defect come out then try claim warranty.
Set the dpi to higher if you're comfortable. My dpi very low 450dpi.
*

you hate wired mouse ?
*
no i dont mind either one , both wired/wireless is fine with me , i love ambidextrous mouse since im fingertip user , infact my all time favourite is my salmosa asia pro-gaming edition , smallest razer mouse ever yet the dpi and acceleration suit me well and since the orochi come with similliar size and alot feature improved its my replacement for salmosa(3 years old) , i dun use wireless mode so much unless browsing a bit coz 2AA battery = heavy! thou at first i really think wireless gaming is awesome but in wireless mode got slight lag ohmy.gif

the taipan r good ambidextrous design , especially the topping material are matte-like instead of rubberized . jus i cant get the setting suit me , i guess i really sell it off . tongue.gif
