hey guys..just wanna ask..why did my blackwidow ultimate wont light up full brightness at highest brightness setting..its very dim..this happens when i update razer synapse last night..

hey guys..i wanna ask about razer synapse..did some of u guys having problem with blackwidow ultimate..i have 2 bwu..normal and bf3 edition..when i installed the synapse ,the led for my bf3 edition ruined up..very dimmed brightness at max setting..i can barely see the lights of the led..do u guys facing same problem? huhu...
