u dont register on web page also ur warranty is still valid if u got a receipt.

Bring back to the seller and ask him claim warranty for you. It would be easier.
Normally Ban Leong will ask you to send back to the seller as they don't deal with end user unless you bought directly from them. Cause I went once to claimed mine before.

I'm using the mamba wired now. Was lazy to charge it constantly everyday. Plus if i use it wireless, it only can go up to 4000 dpi. Since I got adjusted to 5600 dpi, lowering even abit feels slow to me. Oh yeah...mine was the old mamba not the refresh one.

Now I'm looking forward for the razer taipan.  Wired mouse with 3+6  keys and with a dpi of 8200...definitely i will feel syiok using it.

I normally just go directly to Ban Leong to do my warranty claim. Going through the shop I bought is a pain to wait and wait. Besides there is once that the shop go send in to Ban Leong after 3 weeks come back tell me no problem when the mouse is so obviously defective. Took straight to Ban Leong and they change a new one on the spot straightaway.
Just bring the item back to Ban Leong... I don't see any reason why Ban Leong don't acknowledge even though they like to shoo you back to where you bought your stuffs and mostly on 2nd year of waranty the shop that you bought from will normally charge you for claiming warranty for the transportation fees.

if they shoo u...then u throw tantrum...roll around the floor...scream like a mad person...

Most of the time they will layan u one la.. if you go alll the way to their office and say want claim .. do you think they dare to ask you to leave?

In fact most of the dealers will make a statement that at 2nd year of warranty they will charge you if you want them to send in for warranty. I think that's pretty obvious they want you to send back to Ban Leong yourselves. Well provided you are in kl/pj area la.

Actually the warranty policy all the same. Dealers only cover 1 year for free. And then the following year will charge or ask u to send back to the distro straight. iinm.
Call Ban Leong up and ask them for advise maybe? Since you are not from KL.
Normally Ban Leong will ask you to send back to the dealer that you bought your hardware from. Unless you bought directly from Ban Leong. Cause I once send my BWU for rma. But they asked me to send back to the dealer instead of them. Well, that's my case.

if u prefer hardmat thn scarab. if softmat i suggest goliathus any size will do depending on your preference. Do no get ironclad or megasoma.
