Hello Razer sifus

I'm looking for a decent typing keyboard (and perhaps a little bit of gaming)... after a few recommendations from some friends and also a little bit of self Googling about, I think the Razer Black Widow Ultimate keyboards will do just fine for me...

I was wondering how many versions of these BW Ultimate are there?
There should be a BW Ultimate 2013, a BW Ultimate, BW Ultimate Stealth right?
Saw some with Ultimate Elite (not sure whether its actually real or not), and some others which I'm not too sure of...

The only difference between the BW Ultimate and BW Ultimate Stealth are the keyboard feel and loudness right? So all I need to do is go and try out which "feel" that I prefer?

Or do you sifus have any other recommendations or comments?

Based on what I've read, the Stealth version is supposed to be quieter right? haha, that doesn't seem to be the case based on some Youtube videos I saw lol~
Guess I'll have to go and check out the real thing... I think MX blue will fit me better, but I hate glossiness

Yeah, I've tried mechanical keyboards before on those very old keyboards from yesteryears haha, really love the way they type and sound, which is why I've decided to spend a little bit more this time on a keyboard

P/S: Any idea where to get cheap Razer Products guys? There seems to be a lot of people selling Razer products in Garage Sales haha

Anyway, I've noticed that the left mouse button of my Abyssus, after almost 1.5 years of constant torturing, has sort of "sunk" abit, thus reducing the clicking travel. This has made it a bit less comfortable for clicking, especially so when simultaneously left-clicking
Also, I've noticed that all the left and right mouse buttons for all Razer buttons have the same design... so I was wondering whether you guys are also experiencing this type of problems?

The BWU 2013 is using MX Blues?

I guess the only thing holding me back from getting the 2013 version is the green lights.. I don't like green (yeah I know its a lame reason) haha~

Its just my personal preference... If it comes in blue then it'll be very easy for me to pick haha~
The new BWU 2013's individual backlit lights are really bright and cool, love them as well~

I'm using an Abyssus, so it'll be nicer to match blue with blue too

Yeah I have to admit it does look pretty cool altogether... but I guess I'll spend my money on the essentials first i.e. mouse and keyboard haha, quite excited to be able to type on a mechanical keyboard, looking forward to it~
Its really a shame that the 2013 only comes in green >____< I really like the LED backlit lightings

Thanks for the input... I'm not sure why but seems like a lot of people are actually going for the Ultimate rather than the Ultimate Stealth. I guess I'll only know after trying out the buttons for myself hehe~

Kind of starting to like their products more and more... seen the Razer Blade, and God its good looking haha, if only its not that expensive for the specs

The travel of my Abyssus's left mouse button is getting lesser and lesser... and it seems like all Razer mouse button designs are like that

You are right, the Razer Blade is not really a good pick although it looks awesome
Just Googled up the DeathStalker, its exactly like the Blade's keyboard, wow!
Who knows, we might be able to get a mechanical version later on

Yeah, it does resemble the MadCatz a lot... apart from that, I really do not know much apart from the fact that its a looker, and not to mention very expensive haha

Just tried out the Black Widow Ultimate 2013, Ultimate and also Ultimate Stealth...
And damn you guys are right!
Its an entirely different typing feel... really love it haha, the MX Blues' typing feel is simply organismic
And I love the clicking sound as well~~

I guess the MX Browns doesn't suit me that well.. the keys seemed a bit harder to press..

Kind of like the Ultimate Tournament Edition as well since its so small and portable haha, its too bad that it doesn't have lights- sort of incomplete for a Razer

Haha, I find that word to best fit the feeling at that time haha, it just feels so great to type on... making me feel like wanna type more haha

I haven't buy yet haha, the price tag appeared to be RM699 for the BW ultimate, crazy...

The RRP should be RM399 iinm... Can't seem to find the BW Ultimate (blue one) in linloong's thread though

Linloong is a bit too far from my place
And its a bit risky to post such an expensive item... it'll be troublesome if its faulty haha...
I still saw quite alot of units before, should be fine I guess, will go to All IT and check things out this weekend

Finally got my BlackWidow Ultimate Elite

It was not easy to find as stocks are almost sold out...
Couldn't find any in Digital Mall, and only managed to find one each in Viewnet and AllIT Lowyat plaza >___<
I was lucky to be able to own one, otherwise I'd have to make do with an 2013 (I don't like green )

Anyway, the keyboard is simply awesome, and the build quality and craftsmanship is very impressive, pretty worth the price I paid

Hi guys, its me again
Unfortunately my Abyssus had some problem with the left-mouse button... the button sunk a lot and its pretty hard and uncomfortable to press it... My guess is that its because of constant pressing when I put the mouse in my backpack Damn heartpain, it din't last very long for something that expensive (compared to normal mouse, of course haha)

I was wondering whether you guys could recommend me a new mouse? What are the rivals to the DeathAdder?
I just need a mouse that is big, and hopefully doesn't have sinking buttons with time

I have to say I'm a little bit disappointed at my Abyssus partially spoiling that fast (almost 2 years old)
The design of the buttons could be better/ sturdier I guess... Kind of expected at least 3 years for something this expensive (again compared to normal mouse) haha
I'm definitely going to keep my upcoming mouse in a tupperware box for extra protection now

For this price range there's only the DeathAdder right bro?
I noticed that there are a lot of versions of this particular mouse... was wondering whether you or Razer sifus could summarize which one is the newest/ best pick?
