However you can actually try.
Under warranty or not just monetary wise differ.
As long as they willing to replace for you then just need to charge you, so doesn't matter.
Just that, I think if say within malaysia area they don't have then they won't purposely send back to the factory for you.

Can't compare them la, Magic mouse functions are more specialized for use in Mac.
Orochi do not provide you multi touch function.

no ar..i customize it to 2800DPI....the default is 1800...but then i feel guilty if i buy DA and use only 1800, hahaa..so now trying to adapt to 2800 1st..once ok only move up to 3500....

I think my previous sony mouse already 1200 d..so only 600dpi increase..and i have to fork out so much...later night time guilty then sadding.. lol...

I have same first impression while I saw what he post, wondering DA allow user to customize into different dpi level, maybe the latest firmware allow him to do so.

Actually you can low down the general mouse sensitivity in control panel then use with higher dpi.

This eventually improve your cursor's motion precision.

Have you try any browsing unit?

IMO, not much people like lachesis shape (lesser compare to other model).

How about Naga? Imperator 4G? Are you consider for other brands as well?
