the older ones, squeaking sound cos it was plastic rubbing against plastic...so after using for awhile the plastic of cos wears out abit from rubbing so much that the sound will dissapear tongue.gif

you can still download the standalone DA 3.5G drivers...so no need to use synapse.

the leatherette coating has been peeling off for awhile now.
sometimes wear, then got leave black pieces leftover on my ear.
and the earcup cannot be replaced also.

specs for kraken doesnt say if the earcups are replaceable.
tiamat one it says replaceable, but seems razer doesnt make any for sale yet doh.gif

then ur only option is to use on-the-fly sensitivity.
set at 500dpi, and on-the-fly at 9.5 / 10.
that should be 450dpi...unless of cos the on-the-fly has different scales now.

this is the old driver screen, see so much easier tongue.gif
the red box is the on-the-fly sens...so currently its somewhere around 70% of 900dpi...so around 600dpi.

been using it for a few months already in the closed beta.
one thing missing compared to other VOIP is voice activation detection.
so its either everything goes thru, or u press button to talk like normal.
