Reasons: Work done 30%, took 60% cash, stop picking up phone, renovation abandoned, stop paying his workers. He can talk, but all the work he push to Indon guys, never supervise.

Contact: 012-6210693 (just say Rick from Puncak Jalil introduce - FYI, I never gets any $$ or referral from him, I want to help him because he helped me and saved me from the above con artist)
Reasons: Amad, who was also not paid by the above con artist, has worked on my house since day 1 (end March 2013), and he continued to work on my house until today (still on going). Although Indon guy, he is honest and he has kept all his promises to me. After agreed on a price, he never charge extra except for things that I added later on (he also never complaints). I buy the materials, he supply the skill and labours.
Works: His work is OK. It is not the best, but OK (I can accept). What he is doing at my house includes electrical, extension (2 storey), landscaping, tiling, plumbing, everything I leave it to him.
