Are we getting more bad and con contractor here in forum?

How to flush out all this bad contractor out from here?

Yes no doubt, consider lucky but the way the contractor not answering my call is unprofessional. I been trying to reach him for a week without success, seems to be leading by him and I am really frustrated. Always tell lie that his man on the way but in the end no show up. Many other sub-contractor also do their work due to he not show up and nobody open the door for the plaster ceiling guy/wiring man.

My tinted installer, grill installer and KC installer are deliver next week but he refuse to clean up the area he dirty. Also my neighbor house is impacted (some area) but he refuse to repair it. It has been more than 6 weeks. Asked him to do it when I saw his workers there, he refuse to do it and ask me to make appointment with my neighbor. Appointment made and he never show up and ignore my call.

Now I found out the 40++ projects actually done by his brother. Although same family but consider as different business. Those feedback I got was refer to his eldest brother BUT NOT HIM. I made a call to his brother and his brother told me that it is due to I didnt pay him. WTH, WTF, I pay him in timely manner.....  You see the way he lie and still thick face to ask me to intro business to him ..... Speechless.
