Guys.. Here is my review for my car white ghost WWV 6XX chasis 5XXX
Collected my car at tanjung malim, so no one can lenjan my car. After 1 day driving for 330km here is my findings on the car:- Wind sound - there is no whistling sound heard in the car but when reach 130km then can hear a bit of wind. So I believe the wind issue is quiet resolve FC - I pump full tank BHP RM82.70 RON95, drive from tanjung malim - shah alam - sepang gold coast - putrajaya - klang - shah alam and done 330km n my car still have 287km shown (3bar). Driving is with 17inch rim 215/45 (change it at shah alam) - FC. Average is 8.6L/100Km but I check the instant FC shown 6.6L/100KM while driving at 110km. I guess the declare FC 6.6L was referring during driving at 90-110km. My driving is maintain at 1.5 - 2.5rpm only. Sluggish - my car start moving at 1.3 - 1.5rpm, yet u can feel it is still sluggish. But if I step harder on the acc it will move like a mad bull. Guess our car need to step on the acc a bit harder. Sound No tak tak No cluk cluk Yes dashboard rattling OWV -still not notice anytg yet Front Fog Lamp -mine the right fog lamp was full cover but my left is with hole(this mean in-between the grill there is no plastic, same design as our front grill) maybe for cooling purposed. Back trunk -no issue of opening back trunk. - closing and open is the same Electronic issue -Head lamp dim while driving but not affecting the meter panel and radio -others than that no issue till now. Document -all my document is complete with tint warranty card in the glove compartment. -YES huddle is given together(registration will be done by SA) Free gift - baseball steering lock - proton keychain - full tank fuel - plate num (custom made plate not the normal one) - ambi pur - tinted voucher ( to tint back glass and front glass) - umbrella ( this one I paw her) That's all my review for my car any new issue will post it again.. |

Complete my 1k service this morning..
what interesting is my SC inform me the service should be every 5k.. i ask them how u derive to the interval.. she show me the booklet... there is two portion... page 27 will show every 10k service requirements and... page 31 will show every 5k service requirements (with word "lasak" used)... so guyssss?? which is correct?? can anybody help to resolved this?? if every 5k service we will waste our money using fully oil during service.. Added on June 8, 2012, 9:53 am
yup shop take rim and tyre RM900 tyre use silverstone M5 so the price is RM2700 - RM900 = RM1800 (sorry not RM2800)
ooh temptation...but better to keep ori tyre. in case 4 wheels gone missing at least still have ori ones to use. even ori wheels got ppl stealing, shld i buy lock nut set
better buy for car safety.. QUOTE(AmyDazz @ Jun 8 2012, 10:53 AM) Bro...when you went for service, did the service advisor there notice that you have changed the stock rims to advanti? Did he warn you about warranty void? If yes, any specific to which part of the warrant is void? (example: absorbers? suspensions?). The service advisor did mention warranty void, but didn't mentioned which area.. Sorry.. But based on experience it will be the absorber and suspension..Oh btw, did u manage to weigh the stock rims? Are advanti rims significantly lighter than stock rims? U changed to 17 inch, any changes in handling and suspension characteristics? Maybe you feel your suspensions/absorbers now less tolerate to bumps? Thanks for the answers p/s: Nice , good looking rims I forget to weight the rim as that day I was rushing for wedding.. Change and go.. But I believe the advanti rim is lighter because when I carry the rim I can feel the rim is light. After changing there's a lot of improvements.. Tyre grip.. Handling is more fun and no toleration towards hump, bump and small hole.. Tyre noise reduce a lot.. p/s: Thanks for the compliments |

QUOTE(Junn @ Jun 8 2012, 11:23 AM) how come you change to lower profile tyre the road noise reduced? shouldn't it be the other way round ? I just compare highway driving during pickup car from tanjung malim (original rim) and after change rim driving to sepang (new rim) sound level reduce.. Maybe type of tyre.. Silverstone rubber is maybe softer than original GT3adial.. I dunno.. My assumption only |
