If it is till the primer or the metal, fix it pro doesn't help, try it before. It is good for those minor surface scratches only, it is more of a clear coat. Spray the whole panel (costly) or touch up paint (may not be nice) are the only ways. Not sure if got color codes for preve already or not.
Fix it pro can be found at ace hardware stores if want to try.

With due respect, I will say it is important to make comparsion for the price and the features, regardless the brand. At the end, we consumers want to buy something that is worth the money. Every manufacturer has their own problems or defect products, what is important is their commitment to rectify these, and not running away from it.Compare compare compare.
