It has been donkey years since I last have to visit an authorised Proton service center but if I'm reading this right, then all those PROCARE packages are nothing more than a fanciful list of labour charges

ProCare Basic - Time required: 1.10 hour(s) - RM66.00 (tukar minyak hitam) 70 minutes seems excessive for simply changing engine oil

ProCare Regular - Time required: 1.50 hour(s) - RM90.00 (tukar minyak hitam + coolant atau air filter) additional RM26 to change your air filter

ProCare Smart - Time required: 2.00 hour(s) - RM120.00 (tukar minyak hitam + coolant atau air filter + brake fluid/spark plug/ fuel filter/ regular CVT service/ change Fead belt )

ProCare Advance - Time required: 4.5 hour(s) - RM270.00 ( all of the above + tukar timing belt, etc)


If for any reason you require additional services other than those listed above, be prepared to pay approx RM10 for each ten minutes block of service time required.

Kindly elaborate. Not to say I don't believe you but there's too many frustrated sales people from other car makes eager to bad mouth Preve.

As you appear to be a new member to this forum, more details of the alleged broken drive shaft would be helpful. Like they said a picture says a thousand words.

Suggestion for additional entries to the checklist:

1) Ask if Yes has been registered

2) If all manuals, warranty cards are present.

Those who have already received their cars would be in a better position to advise.

If not mistaken, the delay is likely caused by your choice of colours. Which did you choose? Silver or red?

Silver still needs to wait. That's what happening with my order.

Appears that Proton only release them in batches. I think they currently have Brown. Silver should be soon.
