see net salary one, meaning, ur total salary deduct all expenses for the month (house, credit card, air, telefon, etc) and bank will see the figure and only decide to approve loan or not.

when car allocated to the showroom, the logistic will send the car detail to the showroom while the car is being delivered. Doing this can prevent the wrong car being sent to the showroom since the showroom can cross reference the car details received in email with teh physical car itself..
