1. Service more than recommended KM is OK, but if so happened a breakdown occur before the next service, some SC may blame it on us saying that we dd not adhere to their recommendation thus it warranty void. Dafuq

2. What they'll change this time is just
A) Engine Oil
B) Gasket (donno which one)
C) Forgot edy hehe..
4) Add Screen Washer.

Asked whether can request not to put the screen washer. The service receptionist claimed their system already included the thing in the system thus cannot do so. 2nd dafuq

3. At first they said to me that they'll use Petronas Syntium 800 with 5W 30 and quote me it'll be RM158.00. When the service advisor come and see my car he said the CFE version cannot use that oil. Instead, need to use the 10W 40. Therefore the new price quoted to me will be RM170.00 ++. Reading from u guys posts before, I sense a smell of bull crap coming from this SC. Thus the third dafuq

4. According to the Service Advisor again, Magnatrap is put around the oil filter therefore it will trap any metal-based residue in our engine oil from keep going in and out of our engine when it is filtered. He added that for the 1st 1K service like mine no need to put Magnetrap since our engine is still not that rough. But if put would also be ok, protection from the beginning as he said. To me it's more like they want to eat out from u more. I have the brochure of MagneTrap with me, will upload it later.

5. Submit my car at 7.50AM but was told the earliest I can get the car is at 2PM. 6 long hours to have the above listed things changed. The fourth dafuq.

6. At 8.05AM when ppl come to service the car they already rejected it saying they are full edy. But at 8.15AM came one of the receptionist's friend (I assume seeing from their way of greeting and speak) and suddenly said ok, your car can go in Now! The F!!!

My Personal comment, this would be the last time I go to this SC.

In small town like Kemaman, IMHO this SC is the biggest SC already but with no free coffee, no free Kuih-Muih, no wifi, 3 reception counters but only 1 PIC available, full of crap, practice friend comes, friend got serve first. This one is shitty as hell (excuse my French).
