pick 1 main elemental resistance stats. E.g Fire resistance.

Then find items with 3 stats together - Fire Resistance, All resistance +Dex/Vit

Monk passive One with everything is the key to have the highest resist.

Definitely more HP.
23K isn't enough. I'd say 35K minimum.
More life regen too.
