Sorry i think some of the replies are heavily retarded. You buy something, there is legal implications if what you buy isn't delivered or faulty. You don't go receiving a broken phone that u paid 1k usd for and receive a response take it or leave it for something that is broken.

The change of the UA was like going to the doctor and if he prescribes the wrong drug and kills you that's ok, no legal implications to a a lesser extent. I understand there's been a lot of d3 sucks so on and so forth but do some of you even think before replying? Service agreements and gameplay are totally different, if a service agreement is heavily skewed it means that support can and may be terrible or in the event things go very bad the companies involved wouldn't even need to lift a thumb to fix things.

There must be a reason for the updated UA, they wont go to extra lengths to update it unless there's something they are anticipating in terms of user response and like any intelligent consumers I thought there would be more who would bother to read through something before they accept it, even if isn't something we don't have much a choice in, there could be further discussions as to why certain things have been implemented and the implications of these actions instead of turning a blind eye and then complaining when shit hits the fan. Being a smart consumer is knowing what you're accepting and at least preparing for the options available beforehand.
