Which server are you guys in?

By default when you bought a Diablo 3 copy in Malaysia, your server are set to America. Thats what happen to me. So, I am wondering which server are most of the Malaysians in? Is there any possible way to transfer my character from America to Asia without even creating a new one?

The America server is down. And I want to play Diablo 3 so badly now.
