please help me..i use normal microsoft mouse....my 1st finger pain cause diablo 3 normal atk by keep hold left mouse button. especially the hell mode...mobs hp damn long...

anyone recommend me that mouse with soft and easy press left button?

Must be the way you hold your mouse, because I too am using a Microsoft Wireless Mobile Mouse 4000.
Been playing for about 4 to 8 hours everyday, but I took breaks in between so maybe that helps

go lowyat browse around as you can roughly feel it through the box.

Logitech wireless G7000 user here....hehe~! but didnt play more then 4 hours...just max is 2-3 hours....if you had big palm and long finger then ok ....else don used this mouse finger cant reach yo'll....so far it quiet comfortable...i'm using wire...because all my gear are portable...

I'm using Naga Hex...pretty convenient I would say.

It reminds me last time play NES (contra 30lives) unstop for 8hours nonstop and the buttons are making my finger pain. I don't want the same thing happen to my finger n my mouse again. I rather play 2h and stop for awhile.

My cheapo logitech is acting weird liao... I foresee gonna change soon.

My mx518 still kicking after more than 100 hours combine D3.. no issue here.

MX518/G400 is the most comfortable most i ever use. If that cant tahan 4hours, no other mouse can.

D3 is a lot more fun to play when u have all the skills mapped to mouse buttons instead of keyboad. Really helps when ur in intense battle when u only have a few split seconds to think.

I only use keyboard for shift (stand still) n chatting

I'm using Razer's Naga (pictured above) love the mmo buttons on the left side of mouse. So far no prob with mouse using it for 2+ years already. I would recommend this mouse.

i have used deathadder for more than 2 years until i fed up with the hand pain cause of small size mouse, until i changed to a bugger gigabyte mouse, and only RM60, but damm it's comfortable, but sensitivity switch is from real slow, to fast to freaking insanely fast

currently using Logitech Wireless Anywhere MX mouse, so far so good

best mouse to play diablo 3 is rm30 logitech wired mouse.
too bad they dun sell those anymore.

i using naga and naga hex, swap around for diff games

I use KOVA+ and Steelseries mouse pad, 3200dpi ; use until wrist pain, Idk why. Maybe I'll reduce back to 1600dpi since I do not have aches using that speed.

i use Tapoo brand mouse, RM10 + 25% magic find.

i have a deathadder older generation, 3 yrs brutal cod 4, l4d, l4d2, bf2, crysis, counter strike, warcraft 3, HoN, mw2, mw3, and many more, but.. the mouse says GOD DAMM IT, BRING DOWN MORE CLICKS ON ME!! BRING IT!! it works till now, become so dirty that i dun wan use it d, change to a gigabyte RM60 mouse, 2 days, clicking sound goes weird weird
