I consider importing furniture from Indonesia.

Anyone has done it before ?
I suppose there could be some taxes and custom duties to pay ? Anyone knows how much ?
Any other complication to anticipate ?

Don't know about furniture, I know a developer import in a spiral staircase from china. He told me need AP and end up he pay some runner to settle it. Still cheaper, by half.

Maybe you need to ask forwarder. I know china you can buy lots of gadget in shenzhen and the seller can 'pow' custom clearance for malaysia. Maybe you ask the seller.
