I think that's true. Plus you don't get to use the new races, BE and Dreanei. I don't know if ya get to go to Outland or not...LOLZ..imagine, ur at the portal, you take ur first step in and a popup surfaces saying you need to get B.Crusade and kicks you back to Azeroth..LOLZ!!!
