QUOTE(Kevin_Low @ May 29 2012, 02:06 PM) I think maxis has inspired by nature, don't want to launch it to destroy environment. Maxis is sure they have customers, now they are probably thinking of a plan to make those who ordered from digi to regret. lol. their main aim is to have loyal customers using their line, not selling the phone.

QUOTE(CJGun @ May 29 2012, 02:34 PM) This uncle cannot pronounce "Galaxy" , he call it "Galax" S III if he force to pronounce galaXY S III, the moment he says 'XY', his saliva would probaby come spashing out from his mouth! Or might be using the phone to cover up... since it's designed for humans.

How long is the warranty does Samsung offer? 12 months or 18 months? Can we extend the warranty, since smartphones tend to be fragile compared to classic bar phone, and this piece of thing is considered a long term investment... haha !!

Maxis still have not come out with their plan. But I assume that it will follow like in this andriod package. http://maxis.com.my/personal/android/Android_Packages.aspJust take the RRP as RM2199. The package range from value call plan or data plan. Unless they have a specific S3 plan.

QUOTE(calvin_kenni @ May 30 2012, 01:27 AM) Dont' really understand this package.. Means if i get value 50 + 1GB = RM 98 per month? And does this package offer supplementary lines? Their package is kinda confusing. Same goes to their billing statement. It's like you have to pay RM48++ to get the 1GB data. In other words, you're subcribing to 2 plans at the same time? They stated choose a rate plan + choose a data plan. Meaning that the cheapest package is RM30 + RM48 =78? Im currently under the value first 30. If that's the case, I think just get S3 + internet value plan 50, unless your calls and sms is above rm30 comitment. A smart phone without data plan, seems like a dead phone. Unless have wifi all the time.

QUOTE(silentser @ May 30 2012, 02:26 AM) it is a legit company, i've seen they advertise in magazine, even digi got promotion one time of buying their phone and get extended warranty from mobisure. this is what i can scrap from digi website, cause their promotion ended, but this does show that digi use mobisure for the extended warranty http://www.digi.com.my/PhonesDevices/extra...d_overview.htmlhttp://www.mobisure.com.my/Products/ExtendedWarranty.aspxas they said here, and their price is not expensive, one x to extend only 115. it is not official warranty by samsung, but i think you can trust them more then sending your phone to any normal phone shop But you can't send it back to samsung service center after 1 year right? anyway, thanks for the information. if no official extended warranty, mobisure is a great choice.

QUOTE(GUESS @ May 30 2012, 12:59 PM) finally got my S3 yesterday singapore set..feels plastic compare to iphone4 I think samsung phones felt more comfortable to hold. In my opinion, iphone 4/4s weight is isolated whereas Samsung phones weight is more spread out. Could be due to the metal material which iphone uses. QUOTE(David83 @ May 31 2012, 07:58 AM) First payment could: RM 999 + 900 + 50 (VP50) + 68 (3GB) = RM 2017 RM 900 advanced payment will be used to offset from monthly in the future bills. Advanced payment is only applicable for Maxis users < 1 year. How about Hotlink users > 1 year? Need to pay? You can get the Value First (RM30), but the call charges and SMS charges is different. http://www.maxis.com.my/personal/mobile/ra...ncipal_line.asp Added on May 31, 2012, 8:02 amQUOTE(Hico @ May 31 2012, 08:00 AM) wow..u guys really not need sleep one..and so early! QUOTE(apisfires @ May 31 2012, 08:05 AM) my first bill calculation is right or not? i'm just use phone for sms, not call + internet if my calculation is right, for 24 month, just pay rm60.5 monthly for 2 years, that very cheap indeed... How did you come out with 60.5 when the data is already RM68 (3GB) ? Remember to add in the 6% tax.

I wonder if the queue in QB mall is long? For Maxis... DiGi and Maxis store is just side by side. Unless DiGi is doing it somewhere else, not in the main entrance since I saw Estee Lauder was there yesterday.
