Email from Celcom to pre-register customers..



Noticed there's a * at RM888, btw the email doesn't elaborate specific details on the RM888 offerings.. But need to print out the email for verifications.. Started from 31 May 2012 to 3 June 2012..

Wonder how the RM888 promo works...

Actually I haven't recv also, this is my colleague's copy.. I pre-register @ Celcom.com.my 2days ago.. I thk Celcom sending emails to customers batch-by-batch tho.. Still waiting~

However, to re-confirm whether ure successfully registered for S3, just re-enter ur details @ celcom.com.my, if ur record is saved, error will appear "The NRIC you've entered has already been registered."

I submitted 2days ago, on 27 May 2012.. I also haven't recv email from Celcom yet..

Even Samsung SEP couldn't get Blue S3, it's kinda impossible for him to get Blue S3 UNLESS he can eat up giant bulk orders amount more than telco's do.. which it's impossible!!

I can tell it's 99.99% fraud!

It's 1st come 1st serve basis.. I presume telco's roadshow has limited stocks.. but the limited amount is unsure..

There's 2 different email Celcom send out to cust. 1 is the normal one which is invite customer to go to the S3 event tomorrow @ MV, state "wear blue to *stand a chance* to get S3 RM888" ; another email 1 of the LYN user posted is "stand a chance to win a *FREE* S3" some sort like this. I read the post yesterday.. Forgotten who posted it & dunno which page..

I like the flip case.. Ebay selling approx RM120 genuine flip case (incl. delivery to M'sia).. hopefully M'sia telco's giving away these free gifts tomorrow as well.. but the % seems to be 1% of millions %..

When u do pre-order from Celcom website, it has Pebble Blue column huh? My case when I do pre-order, it has only White, no other options..

Reporting from MV South Court Celcom S3 event.. Peeps queuing up alrdy for S3.. But unsure what promo Celcom offer for S3 yet..

Snapped a pix of queue but unsure how to upload using phone.. Any tips how to upload pix? Tried imageshack but failed..

Okie, will update the color offered & what special promo Celcom giving today once I get confirmation...


P/S: saw lucky spinning thingy here.. Unsure whether the RM888 need to spin or what..

I queue up at escalator n currently I'm alone. Hardly get off from here thus all the staffs still in progress setting up the hall n deco..

From my experience since previous blackberry phones promo, they r not selling device without contract.. Previous events I went :

Hi guys, I can say 90% confirm the RM888 phone price is lucky spin. In the lucky spin thingy has RM888 to purchase S3, RM1k off bill, concert ticket n many more.. Has 9 options/promo in the lucky spin.. Pretty much depend on ur luck!

All online pre-reg who printed out the hard copy entitle for lucky spin, depending on what ur result of spinning. If get RM888/device then u pay RM888 for the device & choose ur contract/plan.

Currently there's 2 queue line, 1 for pre-reg online printed hard copy; another for walk-in..

Celcom event held at MV piece of junk! Early birds get cut-queue by those came late.. Event coordinators doing shits! Early birds queue doesn't move at all for hour! Keep kena cut queue by those late comers from the side straight line up infront of counter.. WTF!

The lady emcee give wrong info! She announce it apposite, those walk-in stay in existing line, pre-reg online go to another side of the event hall; The correct info should be stay in the existing line for those pre-reg online & have their hardcopy along; new line for those walk-in without pre-reg online.. but after all, all mixed up! everyone cut queue here & there.. Lots of ppl arguing & seems like gonna crash a fight dy.. but at last they just vow around..

Due to emcee's fault, argument broke out & unsatisfied early birds customers.

Event should start at 10am as promised but delayed! Lots of problems happened especially those late comers pretend to be early birds.. Should have only 2 queues (1 for pre-reg online; another for walk-in) but at last became 5queues.. pushing here n there.. Pity there's a early bird pregnant lady queue up alone but treated as late comers since all the late comers pretend to be they are early.. !@#@!$%$#%#$


Extra info:
The promo RM888 S3 device & RM1k rebate is valid for today only (if I didn't heard it wrong). Tomorrow till Sunday only has : concert tickets, RM100 discount & etc which is not attractive..

Post Laju : delivery within the next working day. Reliable, safe & fast.. Handled by so-called special team *post laju team.. Receiver need to sign upon delivery.. 3rd party can sign on behalf but i/c will be copied as record..
*Upon attempt to deliver failed for 2times, they will put a note in receiver mailbox to request them go to HQ/stated post office to pick up..
Post Daftar : Handled by normal postmen, they handle it like normal mail but just has tracking code to track the mail's status.. Not recommended as some postmen (certain areas) don't attempt to send 2nd time, straight away the postmen send back to HQ as failed to deliver 2times.. Then the receiver need to go to HQ to retrieve the mail..
Post Express : fast delivery time but receiver do not need to sign upon receive the item.. So called not so secure..


Post Daftar not reliable as I stated above, handle by normal postmen team whereby *some* is lazy, will just send 1time, if failed on 1st time, straight return to HQ and wait for receiver come and pick up.. By right they must leave a note in the receiver's mailbox requesting receiver go to HQ/stated post office to collect but I faced quite a few times they don't drop any note.. i need to check the tracking code by myself..


Few page back someone commented RM1k rebate & RM888 deal finished.. only left concert, RM100 rebate & etc.. these "balance" promos is available till Sunday during roadshow..

Looks like currently M'sia has white color version only.. But I personally prefer Blue color one.. Found this in ebay:
