I would have thought the after sales service at Louis Italia would have improved after so much complaints over the yrs. I have bought furnitures right from the high end brands to small furniture outlets but never have I experienced such appallingly BAD after sales service as from Daniel, the Customer Service from Louis Italia.
The King Bed I purchased from the fair at Viva Home was as usual paid in full before delivery.
It was delivered to me with defects. I refused to accept initially but was assured by Daniel that he will help me resolve it in a week's time.
A week passed and after many reminders and phone calls, he not only did not turn up as per the agreed date but ignored my phone calls and messages altogether.
A month has passed and 1 message I received from him was to resolve it myself with Aristocrat.
There was no contact details nor further details provided.
Please take heed before buying from them should you expect any after sales service or warranty from Louis Italia.
