if camera is your priority go for Xperia S for android

If you want camera better than android there only one as below. Photos are not edited and no extra lens. Taken from stock app. See in spoiler. . Android phone only looks good in 4R anything bigger its a joke because you need to edit with editor , photoshop , lightroom or use photo filter to just make it look alittle better

but for long term investment is safer to go for android quad core phones.

for me HTC One X for overall

Camera can consider as draw because if you want better image quality you need to use the editor or 3rd party app to make it look better.

The burst shots on HTC One X is amazing but the result is like shooting 10 bullets per second but it can never kill your target only injured.

Iphone is really designed for PNS no setting to control

overall i prefer HTC One X. I using it at the moment. Just camera i dont like android.

Xperia S if your camera is priority if not HTC One X.

No matter who argue and debate with you iphone camera is always better than android. Dont believe me try one yourself

it dont only depend on the MP only. it also depend on the sensor size and the lens glass quality.

What is your definition of good camera. If you are talking about detail refer below. If you refer to contrast, saturation in auto mode then you can actually adjust them or post process the photos later but if you amazing details

You know whats the best part the photos are unedited , no extra lens used . Photos are taken from phone and directly upload to flickr. So even SGS III vs HTC One X vs Nokia Lumia 800 - Lumia 800 will always win if you know how to utlized the camera.

If you are talking about apps, gaming, screen size, connectivity, video playback, music playback and everything beside camera android and iOS wins.

My decision is still final at HTC One X. The slim design. For me i dont like Samsung Galaxy III design look weird at the edge

For me stay with the higher core the better so its SGS III or HTC One X

Function depends u prefer HTC sense or touchwiz. I never tried a SGS III before

HTC One X using newer sensor F2.0 aperture (newer)

Indeed Samsung phones also famous for drop price it pratically do not have a good resell value on any android phones. Dont believe me check how much note launch within 6months now just check how much it have drop.

Only iphone can retain its value regardless AP or ORI the price is still high.
Both HTC and Samsung there not much difference it just depends on what specify feature u prefer

gaming - compatibility issue
value - high depreciating value
Update - inconcistence

Actually now is totally the wrong time to buy any android phones because Google just acquired Motorola. So in the next few months anything can happen so samseng and HTC need to push their gadgets as much as possible to make as much money as possible within this time frame before something evolve from the android ecosystem.

Worse scenario they just make less money. Since OS is by google they can just create another better version OS of android close sourced and only available on motorola.
