In the upcoming patch, players in Inferno will receive a stackable buff called 'Nephalem's Wrath' which will increase players hp/damage/resistance by 10% per stack. Every week starting from the release of the patch, this stack will be increased by 1. Please note that you can deactivate this buff by speaking to an NPC in town.
