There are some useless skills in this game that doesn't scale with gears and that is bad

quite a lot of useless skills actually. in lower difficulty sure you can be cute and use bombs or whatever, but once in hell/inferno every class is restricted to a very small pool of "must haves" and a very limited choice of playstyle.

There's already a system message when you try to enter RMAH.
