it depend on ISP as well....Weekends i get 400-500ms especially on Sundays (Yellow all the way)....Normal days i get constant of 282 - 350ms (Green to Yellow)....btw on US server

Lol...i play after work...normally it would be 8pm to 11am and i find it the later the malaysian time...the latency getting better in US...e.g i play at 8-10pm i get like 289ms-300ms++ in us but when the clock touch down after 11pm then i get like 282ms -322ms green all the way....

by vpn, tunneling are good for landed lines and no effect or merely had little on wireless broadband like P1,Maxis,digi because they depend on location and closes to tower get the better / faster transmission....wasted my rm60 for applying VPN then only found out moving to better lines help alot...
