I will go oversea on Feb for around 3 months. So i will not using streamyx this 3 months period.I dont want to cancel my account because i want to continue use it after i come back.So i can i call tmnet to suspension my account about 3 months?Am i need to pay streamyx fee if my account allow for suspension?

I don't think you can do that. TM will still charge you every month.

If I'm not mistaken, yes you can do that. It was mentioned in an old topic last time in this forum.

You CAN'T do that. I was planning to just suspend my account for just 1 month last month but couldn't do so.

even late payment..they suspend ur email n streamyx..then they still continue charging..if suspend for 6month mean still need 2 pay it...this suck most!!!

i asked them to suspend my account last time and it worked.
reason: the condo i'm currently residing in does not have enough ports. heck, we cant even apply for a phone line that time.
I reactivated my account when I got back to Penang.

Stop the payment for three month.
If amount exceed RM200, they will automatic suspend ur a/c until u settle the payment.

This is because you have the contract with TM when you first registered the account. If you are a streamyx user for more than 12 or 24 months(depend on contract), you should cancel your account.

this is the good idea as well.....but i have no time to stop payment for 3 months now....they will allow u to using streamyx about 3 months without pay the bills?i always pay quickly within 1-2 weeks after i received the bills....scared they cut my services,i know they are always efficient on suspension user's accounts

Previously my a/c being suspended for almost 2 monthes.
I pay the outstanding and they had activate it back after i call them to confirm.

Last time when you suspend your account, you won't need to pay. I guess they really have changed their policy.

how about if i want transfer my service to new house?for example : i want to move from Place A to Place B, but Place B no port at the moment and need to wait until port is available.In this case,i need to pay the fee? During waiting the port,i still can using streamyx at Place A or not?

If really can suspend without paying , then everyone who wants to terminate their account after using only a few months, will ask to suspend
