Anyone mind sharing the info? Actually if RM700psf for Tmn Desa is a bit higher but still make sense, but the built up is way too huge...surely its a VERY HIGH END CONDO....

That is technically not taman desa....it is located bordering the military airport which will be shifted to make way for bandar malaysia. Where is the access road ? This is critical. Another UOA previous condo (1 residence) project nearby to this new one, only selling at subsales at 600+psf.
