I'm happy to report that my HDD/ODD Caddy arrived safely , almost exactly 24 hours from the time I placed the order!!
I found it rather unusual for the shipping to be so reliable and blisteringly fast at the same time. The caddy is working great for me so far and I'm pretty sure it will do so for years to come, long after my laptop is sent for recycling.
In this day and age some of us barely use our optical drives as we have thumb drives to deal with sharing of large files and such. This is one great way to speed up your old not so future proof laptop (either SSD/ HDD combo or HDD/ HDD RAID0 if that's supported by your BIOS) .

This is a purchase I'd like to recommend to those of you who feel the need for more on board storage who are maybe also lazy to buy new laptops due to the rate of technological advancement (wait for the next gen processor from AMD/ Intel/ Nvidia), or simply want better performance from their rigs, I'd also like to recommend the fellow forumer (skycrawler) who has brought us this great deal and service.
