In Hell Act 2 there are lots of elites with ridiculously ridiculous ability combinations.
Molten + Vortex + Fire Chain, wtf? Nightmarish + Fire chain/Molten + Frozen/Mortar  but now I'm in act 3, no more crazy combinations so far.Added on May 27, 2012, 6:03 pmNot to mention the Fire Chain or Molten mobs WILL ALWAYS walk to your back.
