 [WTA] Limit for OC gpu, is there have a limit?

when the gc seems become unstable, isit thats it's limit?
or it just need increase some voltage?
about 90~100C is safe?

how to know when the GC already reach its maximum performance? a lot of noise on screen means maximum already? or just mean lack of voltage?
