What is the outcome of your complaint to BNM and KPDN?
I am also a victim. I wrote to Etiqa but they refused to refund any money.
All of us who are victims, need to make formal complaints to the relevant authority and governing bodies so that they are aware of this scam and stop the perpetrators. We need to help others so they do not become a victim like us.
