Lol, cukup ke leather nak tambah? 16cm banyak tu....
Aku pun pernah ukur body kat motostyle. Bahu sesuai pakai jaket saiz 50 tapi perut punya pasal aku kena custom made. Saiz 52 pun macam kena jerut bondage je... In the end tak jadi buat leather pasal terbeli versys. Lol. |

QUOTE(likimikuku @ Jun 4 2012, 05:00 PM) Buy a body armour rm150.00Buy a cheaplak a.star or dainese jacket rm170-230. Wear the body armour under the jacket, you get quite good protection already, if not better than those rm500-800 branded jackets. Only difference is that you look cheap on the outside, thats all. |

QUOTE(lulz @ Jun 4 2012, 10:50 PM) I read somewhere those mesh/textile riding jackets are more for protecting the rider from abrasion/road rash while the armor for impact . Maybe save it and buy an armor next time Textile are useless against road rash. The only good protection against road rash and abrasion is leathers.but leather is feckin hot if ride whole day, thats why i thought of armour + mesh combo. QUOTE(suicideroach @ Jun 4 2012, 10:55 PM) QUOTE(likimikuku @ Jun 4 2012, 11:02 PM) Armour inside, mesh jacket outside. Not too hot la.In case of crash, the mesh will koyak but your armour will be your 2nd defense. Better than cheaplak textile with only foam padding. Added on June 5, 2012, 1:01 am QUOTE(likimikuku @ Jun 4 2012, 10:46 PM) aiya... u should tell me earlier... Armour is close to rm200 if order thru ebay... I dono local can get for how much...i just order my cheaplak jacket (rm250 je)... but body armour also not cheap... found some cheap 1 but the armour is kinda soft... i got myself this one... should i cancel my order and get a body armour??? » Click to show Spoiler - click again to hide... « http://www.ebay.com.my/itm/M-L-XL-XXL-3XL-...8#ht_4625wt_689 Then take out the soft padding in your jacket. Wear on top of your armour. There, protection of an armour but looks good like a regular jacket. Added on June 5, 2012, 1:03 amThis one less than rm150 shipped http://www.ebay.com.my/itm/ARMOR-Jacket-Bo...=item6fcaab198b This post has been edited by suicai99: Jun 5 2012, 01:03 AM |

QUOTE(likimikuku @ Jun 5 2012, 09:05 AM) Thanks for the info man... yes, please. Nothing less than a mid-length boots by the way. Short boots is as good as not wearing boots. Your ankle doesnt look good twisted. Personally i've been hempap by bike on the leg before, and the boots saved my leg. Plus, wear the knee protector inside your pants, not outside ok?since i order d... i will just use the jacket now.. later (next month) only invest in other thing... this biking thing is costing me a boom... glove, helmet, jacket... later armour, knee pad/protection, boots... btw, are boots needed?? Look for RomyTwoWheelsWorld on Facebook. His gears are quite reasonably priced. Biking is a dangerous hobby. These gears are your first line of insurance. No amount of paper insurance can compensate the loss of your limbs. Money spent can work to gain back. Loss of limbs or life is forever. |
