- physicallly very well built with quality finnish
- slot flip is not that flimsy as i read somewhere


Operation

- very smooth as advertised
- no problem with Whatapp
- have yet to fully utilize the camera but hope it will come out spectacular..

My grouse

- Facebook notification does a bit delay, even compared to my stone age X3
- does not support Lotus email client, (or maybe it is Lotus problem of not supporting Windows Mobile)..it can be accessed via Android, ios, Symbian, BB and some S40 devicess but not here..

BTW, my notification on PeopleHub does not include update from FB group, is it like that ?, previously on X3 i can,

..i need to log in via IE to view my FB group...any solution on that..?

..apart from that, this white Lumia is a head turner...and for RM830 here at Kuching, it is a steal...

..over here in Kuching, still no official release of 7.8..i had tired of trying the cabut/sambung trick..i think i better enjoy kolo mee while waiting for the official release..

..yea finally i got it.... dunno its a coincidence or not, but in the last few days, after countless tryout using generic cable, today i brought in the original cable provided in the box, ..and puffff..once i plug in, update 7.10.8779.8 just came in effortlessly...first update done in about 17minutes

..give it a try for about one hour, plug in again, and after 3/4 disconnecting trick, second update, 7.10.8783.12, came in, and done in about 16/17 minutes

..had lunch break, then plug in again, 3/4 tries then 7.10.8858.136 update pops up...this one took about 34 minutes..

..so now barely just one hour with 7.8, no lagging, a bit snazzy fast in scrolling and launching apps

....yes, using Zune...i still called it official version minus all the hastle....because without pull-the-plug trick the official notification of update seems to be never come...

i'm no sifu...barely three months using WP....and as i wrote before, i just follow exactly as what had been discussed here or at wp forum on unplugging technique, make sure the phone in plane mode n so on.. but mine seems to work ONLY after using the original cable.

Concerning Bluetooth Extra, it does work in transferring image/file to other phone,..to my old s40 phone. Yet to try to other platforms.

..try clearing the PC's cache memory before trying...i use cc cleaner beforehand, and restart ...

..using phone you can't....but through connected phone to PC, browse the image folder in your phone using zune, select / multiple select using Shift and delete
